Ordered in the app. Approached the speaker and stated we had a mobile order and the only thing said was thank you. We didn’t know if they had the order or if we should pull up. Pulled up and an employee was at the window and she said a different name. We said no and said the right name. So the speaker interaction was pointless. Then they were out of something so another manager came and asked if we wanted this instead. Said we wanted this and they still did not get that right. Wow!!! This place is like a well oiled machine. Every time I go here inside or out. You get fast friendly service. Everyone is doing their job. They have a large staff. I’m quite impressed with this location. Unlike some of the fast food places next-door and across the street Wendy’s and chipotle. Keep up the good work you can pull up in the drive-through can be all the way to Aldi‘s. But they move it like nobody’s business. I’m impressed.🤗🤗

I ordered a Bacon Jammed Grill Cheese Sourdough today.I believe if you spend almost $7 for a sandwich it should be toasted not just warmed bread.I ordered in other locations never have a gotten a sandwich like this.This sandwich is amazing when done right toasted and delicious but this location needs to do better when preparing food.Customer service was great though which is always a plus.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL. I WAS SERVED COLD FOOD AND A BOOGER WAS WRAPPED IN A PAPER NAPKIN NEXT TO MY BURNT HASHBROWNS. IT WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND DIABOLICAL. CORPORATE WAS DEFINITELY CONTACTED. I’m never rude when I order food I’m always polite, but whoever was responsible for that treatment don’t deserve to be in food service. Check yall bags before leaving and check your food, BETTER YET DONT ORDER FROM THAT LOCATION.
