You're always better going to a a stand-alone bakery or coffee shop privately owned or something better . I probably just have to get this a two or three. Duncan's donuts are so small and they're really not very good quality anymore. It's just become such a big chain. This isn't anything against the workers, but it appeared they weren't really concerned about a lot of things that I'm sure it comes from the way things are above them. With so many standalone coffee shops that are so nice, this has become kind of like a Burger King, of fast food.

I've been a dunkin fan for a long time so giving them a high score is a no Brainer for me. I'm a fan of the iced coffee and like the fun collabs they do all the time and now they're expanding their zero sugar drinks which is right up my alley! Love it! However, this is a fast food coffee so keep your expectations in check. Don't expect a fancy Cafe style drinks/environment at fast food place. But if you need a good drink and a snack/Sandwich in a hurry this is a great place with a lot of options.

I ordered a medium coffee with cold foam and was rang up for and given a small. When I asked if I could get the medium, the worker said "no you only paid for the small" but I explained I was happy to pay for it. She remade it as a medium for free but forgot the cold foam, so I asked if I could get that added and she literally said "I'm already giving it to you for free so no" What did I do wrong? Why can't I get what I ordered? I left very confused and upset.

Every single time have most delightful experience at this location The staff always super friendly, I highly recommend this place, as the team really puts in the effort to serve and please every single customer.
