The server was nice but the food, highly disappointed! What in your right mind were you thinking to even serve something like this? That meat looks like it was sitting for hours and you just thought hmmm let me slap some cheese on that, meat was colder that the big ole tomato🙄 waited 30 minutes. Couldn't even speak to a manager because I just know they had to have seen that meat sitting...

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 6 mozzarella sticks. What came out of this place was a burnt single and a crispy, tiny, and pitiful excuse for food. None of the cheese sticks had any cheese, I assume none of the cooks here have any cheese so it could be a management issue. Hopefully this sonic picks itself off of the floor and isn’t this much of a nightmare for everyone.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sonic on 9 mile as a DoorDash driver. The process requires me to step inside the door to confirm my pickup, which I did, but a manager immediately rushed up, approaching me aggressively. I was flustered because I couldn’t even pronounce the customer’s name yet, and she never asked how I was doing—just rudely told me to wait outside. On top of that, the customer had asked me to make sure her sauce was in the order. When I asked if they could put extra in there she got even more disrespectful and saying she didn’t pay for she dosent get extra I w

Your experience depends on the visit, as people mentioned sometimes your order is inaccurate. The food is always good though. Food is better than the cookout that just opened next door too. They have good deals on the app. Great prices too. In general it's what I expect from a sonics.
