She consistently greets customers with a warm, welcoming attitude and pays close attention to detail, making sure orders are accurate every time. That level of care is rare and very much appreciated. This establishment is SOO unprofessional... Instead of taking a second to double-check who received my order, the restaurant gave it to a random individual and claimed I received it when, in reality, "I DID NOT". My delivery carrier found himself standing in the store without my order. When my delivery carrier speaks to the restaurant about this issue, they refuse to correct their mistake. I was then put on wait for 10-minutes to talk with the restaurant about this issue; when I finally did, I received unpleasant responses and was hung up on, leaving me without dinner!! Ordered for deliver this past weekend, while the food was decent, I later found out I had minor food poisoning next two days. Upon checking the NYC grade- I do not know how they are open and operational when they have a violation for pest control!
