Instead of taking a second to double-check who received my order, the restaurant gave it to a random individual and claimed I received it when, in reality, "I DID NOT". My delivery carrier found himself standing in the store without my order. When my delivery carrier speaks to the restaurant about this issue, they refuse to correct their mistake. I was then put on wait for 10-minutes to talk with the restaurant about this issue; when I finally did, I received unpleasant responses and was hung up on, leaving me without dinner!!
