Went in this evening (like 7:30PM, not right at closing) to get a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I specifically asked the cashier if I could get the chicken patty fresh and said I didn't mind waiting, and I said "because usually since no one orders them they sit in the warmer all day." She turned around and went and asked the food preparer (they were speaking in Spanish which I don't mind at all but essentially I didn't hear the conversation like if the preparer said "yeah its still fresh"). Anyways, I guess it's the customer's fault for not asking for the fries fresh as well. When I got home I

Oh my, where to start- first of all, the chicken was fresh and hot, the fries were half filled and a lil cold. The store it's self needs cleaning in the common area. Tables were dusty, window dirty, fixing bar was on life support!!! Tomatoes were soggy, lettuce soft, spray disinfectant at bar area, soda machine needs a cleaning, I can go on. This location truly needs a goog cleaning. Oh, bathroom had no soap and water faucet didn't activate. Possibly never returning again, highly disappointed. Next stop, Aspen Hill location. SMH

Went in and no one was at front counter so we started ordering off of the ziosk up front like at Taco Bell. Only then did someone come up and just watch us until the payment screen came up and it was offline and had to order with the girl at the front. Don't know why she couldn't have said excuse me that is currently down but I can take your order over here instead of watching us fail. Then later while eating watched her go into the bathroom and I went in shortly after her because I also had to go. First I had to ask for the code like I was a child but that's not the worse part the worse part

Excellent service and food, but terrible location and crowd. The bus stop immediately across the road is one of the worst spots in the County for crime and violence, and general sketchiness. Several of that crowd were at this Roy Rogers just now. When I arrived around 10:30 a mentally unwell woman in pink pajamas was wandering around the booths inside and staring at myself and another patron before leaving. Simultaneously, an older Spanish-speaking gentleman was having a telephone call, filming around the inside and the cars in the parking lot from inside, and then proceeded to exit and mea
