Stopped in to eat at Grandys. I haven't visited this store in a long time. The place is dated as expected. Im surprised they are still open. Theres only a few left. I usually go to the Grandys in Sherman Texas. The food is definitely better there. It is also alot busier at the Sherman store. Overall it was as expected. Rolls were fresh out of the oven delicious. There are alot of improvements needing done to keep this place around longer.

Terrible experience ordered a sweet tea and was given this that tasted like honey and water. I got Mac and cheese for my daughter that smelled disgusting thankfully she did not eat it. Long wait for food and cashier with terrible customer service. I will never come back to this location i do not recommend.

Was at drive thru window for like 5 minutes waiting to order my food & I decided to come up to the window n this is what I see lady just on her phone. What a terrible customer service !!

Terrible service. The cashier and cook were flirting in the back and didn’t bother coming to take our order till 10mins. The cashier says the only food they have available is what’s out (pictured) after taking our order. She called her boss” and said she only had chicken. You mean to tell me you worked all day and didn’t realize what food you can serve??? Ridiculous. Used to love Grandys but now I know why they’re all closing around DFW.
