Stopped by Dunkin’ and grabbed a large hot coffee, and they nailed it. I asked for it not too sweet, and it came out exactly right—smooth, balanced, and perfect for the morning. The staff clearly paid attention to the order, and it made a big difference. Simple things done well keep me coming back.

Customer service on Sundays is horrible. To order a coffee it takes 10 minutes. To get to the cashier window ls another 10 minutes. Monday thru Saturday the service and customer service is great. I’m better off going to a different Dunkin on Sundays.

I would give no stats if I could, this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It is absolutely horrible here now!! They don’t make your coffee right and when you ask them to fix it, they give you attitude or pretend they don’t know what you’re saying. Their coffee tastes like it’s watered down and I have even gone down to 1 cream and it looks like pure milk. They are ripping off customers charging the prices, but giving poor quality service and product. It was so much better with the previous owner/workers!!!!!!

do not EVER eat here. i ordered the maple sandwich and the boy did not cook my egg all the way through with made it gross and runny AND the bacon was also not cooked correctly. and the girl making my drink was sniffling, wiping her nose, and touching all over my drink. i genuinely feel so sick thinking about this again
