So i ordered a cheeseburger with just onions on it I wanna know if its a normal thing for your staff to scrap off the ketchup after you notice it was wrong cause honestly that’s wild especially for people who have allergies also I called but it seems like yall hung up on me then disconnected the line is that also normal for your staff to do here( wasn’t busy)? Do better cause next time yall don’t fix an order the right way you might be out of a job especially if someone has a bad allergy to said thing. This is absolutely ridiculous. when i got my dr pepper it wasn’t filled all the way and was flat with no ice, clearly the drink has been sitting out. I watched the male drive thru worker frank over charged me multiple different times and once i informed him i used the app it shouldve been $1.10 he said “whatever a $1 is fine” but pocketed the money i paid with and delete my order. luckily i was still given my drink because i presume it was made prior to me paying since it was just drinks. i’ve come to this location multiple different times i am very disappointed with this visit.

It’s always something missing…. This place specifically… I live around the corner and be eating here a lot… morning shift, afternoon shift it doesn’t matter, they always forget to put something… has brown, sos, straw, sweet and sower, sometimes they forget to give you whole drink… they always short your order this or that way but make sure you pay for everything….

Absolutely ridiculous, I had a frustrating experience at this location while picking up Uber Eats orders late at night. The drive-thru was completely empty after 3:00 AM, but I was told I could not receive the order through the drive-thru and had to come inside. That would be understandable if there was a clear policy, but the situation was handled poorly. When I came back for another pickup, the employee kept the interior door locked and left me waiting outside while the order was still being prepared.
