Honestly if i can give this store a zero i would. I’ve been here in the past couple weeks at this particular one and it fails me every time. Not only are the tender’s raw but this store doesn’t complete the accuracy of what’s needed from a Bojangles. They are unprofessional when someone come’s up to them about an order you can tell that their getting an attitude. Not only that i went there again today and asked for FRESH tender’s. They gave me mix matched tenders some hot some warm so of course it wasn’t fresh. My fries as well looked like they were dropped twice i know how Bojangles fries

To start off with when I ordered they didn’t have any biscuits so I got tenders instead I get back to work to eat my food and find that all of my tenders are completely raw. This is absolutely unacceptable anyone with any amount of knowledge about cooking food would be able to tell they were not cooked. I go back to the restaurant and ask for a refund which was granted but then all the employees started pointing fingers and making a scene saying they didn’t do it and so and so did it I find that to be very unprofessional. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this Bojangles but

I got to Bojangles drive thru today at abt 2:20. They said it would be 5 mins for cheddar bos to be done. Cool cool, pulled up to the white line. 30 mins later, I still dont have my cheddar bo and fries so I had to go inside to get it. They're on point at breakfast time...but today i spent most of my lunch waiting on my food that I should've gotten like 15 mins before I did. Smh

I specifically asked for an extra bbq sauce as soon as I got to the window before I payed and she said ok. Then we’re were waiting for about 7 minutes for the food. When she gave me the bag she said the extra bbq sauce was in one of the boxes so I said ok and trusted her so I didn’t check the box until I got home. To my surprise there was no barbecue…. I was very disappointed eating my food and it ruined my meal to be honest.
