The food was okay. We got the 6.00 deal and we got literally a whole 6 little hash brown rounds. And they were really over cooked. They didn't even fill up the hash brown envelope. The service was okay. We could hardly understand the workers as none of them really spoke English so it made ordering a bit difficult. But luckily for us our order was correct. They could definitely do better by giving more than 6 little over cooked hash rounds. And make sure the employees can speak fluent English.

Usually love Dunkin’ - picked up today and it’s TERRIBLE! Donuts are hard as rocks and taste old. Drinks taste awful too. Does not taste like chai.

I went to Dunkin at 120 W. Smith Valley Rd. Greenwood indiana @ 7:45 am on 5/29/26 . i ordered a dozen donuts. Trying to ask the woman at the drive thru about some cream filled donuts, she was loud and rude talking when she answered questions. I didnt say the cream filled correct, she became angry for that reason. I ordered my donuts but didn't finish my coffee order related to her rudeness. I dont know why she is still working. I know others that other people have had the same experience with her. Losing customers should be a focus. This women needs to be not working with customers. Sent f

The quality at this Dunkin isnt what it used to be to be at this location. Inconsistent coffee taste. Missing add ons. Burnt coffee. Hard donuts. Customer service isn’t there at all. No one’s very friendly. Will probably not be coming back
