This location was very dirty and dingy. I had ordered a gyro and as you know the gyro on the spindle will sometimes dry that first layer of meat out that's what they tried to serve me. They remade me another one but that one wasn't cooked long enough very greasy. That whole process was 25 minute wait for one sandwich. When I tell you that the place needs a scrub down from top to bottom I am not exaggerating.

Whomever you had maning the counter today was very short with me tonight to the point I didn't even order my food. I was told it was too busy to put my order in separate bags. I've been in food service for 25 years and have never been told that nor told a customer that even with a line to the door! Rosatis do better in who you leave to represent your company! Needless to say I'll never be back!

I ordered a extra cheese and sause with half sausage and half pepperoni. Maybe I should of ask for a little less sauce. The sauce flavor was over powering. Last time I ordered it was perfect. But it was sausage and pepperoni mixed. With extra sauce and cheese. But not bad. It's a good pizza. 12 Buffalo wings are ok. I wish they were crunchier. The sauce was ok. With a 2L Pepsi. But Awesome customer service.

This place was average. Kinda like others have said the pizza is very bread forward. I did however get a good cheese pull. The toppings could have been more abundant for the price. I would not however go back for a second try. It's a shame because I have only had Chicago pizza 1 other time at Lou's and it was fantastic I however couldn't make it all the way down there and I took my son here because he has never had Chicago style pizza and it was a big disappointment. He did not like this pizza.
