Harry and kukl will always have my service, they make coming to dunkin donuts enjoyable, its not just my morning coffee its somwthing I look forward to now, even when I go thru the drive thru they know my voice by now I yell out to they Good morning and I get my reply Good morning miss Sara, $6 meal deal or your regular cold brew? Lol they know me so well by now I have no complaints ever. And even when I bring my son with me they are so paitent and caring it really makes me so happy. New to the state only 6 months here now but by far this dunkin beats what I've experienced. Friendly ,welcoming and always clean,no matter the time I come in 5am,1pm,or 8pm for my coffee fix it's clean. Customer service from the workers is awesome see them daily now and they remember my order & my kids doughnut selection making it further more convenient

This used to be the worst Dunkin in Hammond, Now they are the best! They have made a complete turn around from 4 years ago! The only problem is their drive through, people constantly block traffic sitting in the drive thru and I saw a fight a month ago between 2 people trying to enter the drive thru from 2 different ways.

No receipt given even though she had it in her hand. Got an extra order of something that I can only assume I got charged for. My order was not the right size nor was protein milk substituted. Rushed before order was even posted on the screen. I was sitting on the passenger seat so not much I could do. Drinks taste fine, I just wish I knew what I paid for and that I had been able to verify my order.
