The atmosphere and service were very good. It had a homely type feel to it with a relaxed environment. I enjoy the aesthetics as soon as I walked in with everything being bear focused. I was not too excited about the food. It tasted more on the bland side then most other restaurants. I had the taco salad and the meat was barely seasoned. If you want your food lightly seasoned then this is the place for you. I was expecting a little bit more as far as flavor was concerned. The food presentation was outstanding though.

Visited this place based on a family recommendation while I was visiting Ft. Hood. The place itself was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of seating with a nice atmosphere. The food came out quickly, tasted good, and the portions were reasonable for the price. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming.Unfortunately, our experience with our waitress, Vanessa, was disappointing. This was the first time my parents and I had visited, and from the beginning we felt rushed and uncomfortable. Every time I tried asking questions about the menu, she would cut me off quickly

Service was great, was sat very quickly, waitress was nice, food came out within 10minutes. The restaurants decor and vibe was cool. In all, the food was just bad everything tasted freezer burnt. Chicken Fry was freezer burnt and so was their sausage links. I asked for well done(crispy because usually places undercook them) potatoes and got a soggy pile of there house potatoes. Their “home made” spicy sausage…. Was GROSS, so bad, you can see in my picture I changed them out for links, which were almost as bad. One food that was good was the eggs which were scrambled. All day breakfast!!! The food was great, loved the grits. The waffle was very good, crisp but soft and just the right size. The chicken tenders were good, fried just right. The bacon 🥓 was good too, thick like I like it. The people (crew and customers) were friendly…will definitely be back.
