Ordered online to be delivered over 50 dollars worth. They forgot a hole order for my grandson. I ordered to be delivered because I didn't have to car to go get like I would usually. I went back when I had my car and Manager was so freaking Rude and no refund really? It wasn't my screw up it wasn't who ever delivered it it was JACK IN THE BOX fault.

seriously don’t know how you mess up jack in the box, dryest, nastiest burger i’ve ever attempted to eat. potato wedges had about 5 in the box, all undercooked and soggy. always loved jack in the box, never ever had an experience as awful as this. never returning to this establishment, workers paid $20 for this. i’ve managed fast food for years and i have never been so disappointed in a store

Looking at the reviews -I totally agree and i will never come back here again. This goes way back to management, how is it possible for me not to be able to get a refund? You guys made my order super sloppy !!! and not handle with care even though I repeated myself more than once ! . I asked for tacos with no hot sauce yet my tacos had hot sauce . I order a bowl with extra chicken and there was no chicken , I order curly fries and got mixed fries . And on top of that I order a milkshake Oreo flavor they didn’t even mix the Oreo cookie it was straight ice cream scoops . This is the most sloppie
