Amazing place. The Benedicts we had were built like a masterchef made them and Gia at the front was incredibly patient and kind (owners... please give her a raise! ) she and the crew she worked with made our experience 5 star. When you get your food and pay early... definitely tip, the wonderful service they give after deserves it!

Nice spot with fluffy pancakes! They have savory or sweet pancakes. Both were pretty tasty. But seating is limited and you order with a kiosk. Lots of selections snd they can only cook the pancakes so fast. Good for smaller groups. Service did as best as it could. I think if the seating was better designed they could hold more people.

This place isn't bad, but can do with some improvements. The fluffy fluffy pancakes were.. not fluffy. I did notice another group order them though and they looked much better, so they just aren't consistent. The iced strawberry matcha latte was good with decent quality matcha, but kind of small for the price. In fact most of the pricing was high, whether or not the food was top tier or not. The sauce on the eggs benedict was broken, but tasted okay. The one nice thing was they put a lot of smoked salmon on it. The server was very nice, calm, and corrected a mistake. Fluffy Fluffy Schaumburg is an absolute must-visit. The Japanese soufflé pancakes are insanely light, airy, and perfectly cooked — literally melt in your mouth. You can tell everything is made fresh and with care. The presentation is beautiful, the flavors are on point (not overly sweet), and the portions are just right. We also tried their drinks, which were refreshing and paired perfectly with the desserts. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and patient, even with the wait — which is totally worth it.
