Fuwa Fuwa, meaning “fluffy fluffy” is North America’s largest soufflé pancake and dessert cafe. Each pancake begins with egg whites whipped to soft peaks, essential to their finally airy quality, and is then cooked very slowly at low temperature. Tasting like a delicate balance between a soufflé and a traditional pancake, soufflé pancakes are soft, bouncy, and light.

The Benedicts we had were built like a masterchef made them and Gia at the front was incredibly patient and kind (owners... please give her a raise! ) she and the crew she worked with made our experience 5 star. When you get your food and pay early... definitely tip, the wonderful service they give after deserves it!

You can tell everything is made fresh and with care. The presentation is beautiful, the flavors are on point (not overly sweet), and the portions are just right. We also tried their drinks, which were refreshing and paired perfectly with the desserts. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and patient, even with the wait — which is totally worth it.
