Kudos to the team working today. I placed an online order and it took 45 min, but the place was busy with holiday lake and normal Sunday customers. For a stressful time, the staff continued to maintain composure to get orders out as quickly as possible. It did seem that drive thru orders were going out faster than inside & online orders because the drive thru line was not backed up. The food order was correct & the food was hot.

Placed a curbside order on May 8th and had multiple issues with the order. My burger contained hair, and the concrete mixer we ordered was completely melted/liquid upon arrival. I called the same evening and was told the refund process would be started. I followed up again on May 15th and was told I would receive a callback by end of day, which never happened. On May 19th, I got an automated email notifying me of a partial refund for the burger. I called the store and after being transferred multiple times, I spoke with the general manager who explained that melted items are a risk with curbs

In my opinion it does not get better than Culver's. The service was good the chicken sandwich and fries were so delicious. Always fresh and hot I've never had a bad meal here I'll be back
