ordered off uber eats at 4am and no one picked it up so i went to pick it up myself, no biggie. Came to the drive thru and no one answered even after i called out, drove to the window and no one was there. Sat for 15 mins before i called abt 4 times with no response. Waited in the parking lot for another 30, drove through again and still not a single person to be seen. order on the app said it was ready for pickup. Change the hours because the drive thru is obviously not 24hrs.

I got a basic #3 combo meal with no sauce in the drive through. That takes about 15 minutes. It's wrong. I go inside and ask for it to be remade. They do it wrong in exactly the same way AGAIN. I ask to remake it again and it takes 20 minutes this time. I also had a milkshake and by the time I got back it was completely melted. Nobody even said sorry, and they didn't give me a discount or anything. I will not be back for a while.

Absolutely dingy, sloppy excuse for an already mediocre fast food chain. Consistently closed during “open hours” late at night, unprofessional and slow staff. Avoid and go to any other establishment if possible.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, finally received my order and they made a standard burger order wrong, went inside and asked them to remake it, they remade the burger wrong again, asked to remake it a 3rd time. Complete incompetence. Prices very high and terrible service.
