Before ordering, I mentioned I was craving a spicy soup, and was recommended the Bún Bò Huế (spicy lemongrass noodle soup) with beef. The flavor was good, but I didn’t taste much lemongrass and it wasn’t very spicy. I ended up adding extra lime, cilantro, and chili oil at home. I also asked if it came with toppings like bean sprouts, cilantro, and onions, and was told it did.
