Before ordering, I mentioned I was craving a spicy soup, and was recommended the Bún Bò Huế (spicy lemongrass noodle soup) with beef. The flavor was good, but I didn’t taste much lemongrass and it wasn’t very spicy. I ended up adding extra lime, cilantro, and chili oil at home. I also asked if it came with toppings like bean sprouts, cilantro, and onions, and was told it did. However, mine came with just the broth in one container and the cooked noodles and beef on the side, without the additiona
