This was the worst experience I have ever had at a bdubs first when we walked in the host started acting like he didn’t understand English and had to do sign language but I guess was trying to to joke but it was so bad and it just made everyone uncomfortable then we get seated and there is trash everywhere on the floor there was carrots and cheese curds and trash was pilled up on like 8 tables. Then we Oder and it took forever to get our food and everybody’s fries where ice cold and most of the silverware was dirty and there reason it took so long was cause there was one waitress for the entir

I used the Buffalo Wild Wings app to place an order for carry out to expedite my dinner needs. I ordered the BOGO 10 pc boneless wings and a few other items. I call the restaurant to request the wings to be well done and extra wet because if I don’t, the wings come out partially sauced. The woman I was on the phone with was rude. Talked over me while I made my request and hung up before I could finish what I needed. I get to the restaurant at my scheduled time and was not serviced for 10 minutes. I got my bag and it looks like the order was rushed out the door. Sauce all over the side and bott

The triple bacon smash burger was my go to order. Today the bacon was burnt black. I guess it is hit or miss depending on who is cooking. I was disappointed this time. I pulled my 5 star review.

Seriously??? I paid $59.88 for this for 3 people??? The wings are as much bone as there is meat. The buffalo dip has good flavor then there’s this dark, hard clump of overcooked dip that ends up being about 1/2 of the container. The salt vinegar was nothing more than barely salted wings…no vinegar at all. Unfortunately, we did a pick up order and live 1/2 hr away and my mistake for not checking everything before we left the store. Nope, I’m done. I’ll travel to Lafayette from now on and go to Wings, Etc.
