I've been eating here consistently for about 3 months. Breakfast/lunch/dinner(I don't cook, I literally eat-out 100% of each day). I think the staff on all shifts are friendly! the food is good and consistent, but I have One Major Complaint! Too many non-customers using up the restroom. I'll be eating at any given time and at least 1-3 people will walk in and use the restroom before I can finish my meal and get to use it. It's really disappointing. I would like to blame the homeless but half the time it seems like working class people just using up the restroom but yeah also homeless people lo

What customer service.when I asked for extra terayaki sauce for my bowl I was charged for it and when asked the girl taking the orders her response was"I could have did it but had other things to do". Seriously like how do you guys train your employees to be such unprofessional rude customer service reps.last time I come here again.

Came here at 4:00AM. CLOSED. Went to go put gas, came back at 5:00AM.. STILL CLOSED! Claims to be 24 hours but in reality it's not. Saw workers in the restaurant but lights were all off and drive thru menu lights off. Everything off. Change hours if you're not 24 hours. Workers getting paid to sit around and do nothing. Must be nice.
