I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Captain D's based on my most recent visit on March 19, 2026. From the moment I walked in, the cashier was too busy having a conversation with a coworker to give me her full attention. Because of this, she failed to listen properly to my order, and I had to repeat myself three times just to place a simple fish and chicken meal order. That level of inattentiveness is unacceptable. Worst customer service ever, they rush you while ordering in the drive thru. Once you get to the window they ask you your sauces, but when you get your food there is no sauce. Let's not forget the girl in black with the long lashes, her comment "damn what she want now". This was her response to me requesting the sauce that they asked me about when I paid. The drive thru line was long, but moved fast, the staff was friendly and all bad after that. Got home the fries were under cooked had to put them in air fryer, the fish batter was extremely greasy and the fish on the inner parts were soggy. We added the shrimp for $1.99 and they were horrible. I definitely would not recommend. You would be better off going to the grocery store frozen food aisle and picking up some fish and fries and cook it at home.

The entire experience was , perfect. For the staff to be so young they were professional, the restaurant was clean, well managed and the food I couldn't have asked for anything to make it any better besides MORE.
