RAW CHICKEN and ZERO accountability. Being served RAW CHICKEN is unacceptable and dangerous. When it was brought to the staff’s attention, they showed no concern or accountability whatsoever. The food was disgusting and the service was just as bad. From the very first encounter, the older lady working there was extremely rude and clearly should not be in a customer-facing position. I will never be coming back and will be contacting the health department!.

They have this weird AI that takes you order so no more talking to people. The people at the front can’t even help if the AI messes up. Their food is burnt. Definitely not stopping here again

My food was room temperature. Most of fries were crispy like chips. My country ham biscuit was very thin shavings with a strange flavor. Why is their health inspection score 92? There appeared to be at least 6 employees staffed. Staff was loud and could be heard all over the restaurant. Their conversation was inappropriate. No 1 came out to tidy the dining room. Straws on the floor. Carpet needed vacuuming and the doors and windows were in dire need of cleaning.

I usually stop here maybe 3 times a week on my way to work. They are usually slow. But this morning I get to work to eat and of course there is hair in my food so whoever is making the biscuits had there hair on my food I’m going to go back for a refund when I get off today
