Every time I place an order via DoorDash, UberEats or an online pick up order, they always forget items. Or they give you the wrong item. If they can slow down and pay attention to the orders and what they are/aren’t putting in the bags things would go smoothly. I ordered a muffin and it’s hard as a ROCK!!!! How can’t you tell when putting in the bag that ITS NOT EVEN EDIBLE!

This guy on sandwich station was super lazy he told me he was not able to cut my bagel twist in half and put white cheddar on it….. lazy any other dunkin would’ve done it and gave in the past, u have a bread slicer and u have white cheddar and u even have a oven I would hope ? I would’ve payed extra i don’t mind but there’s not a reason for u not to be able to make my order it’s pure lazy.

I ordered five boxes of coffee, but the cream was completely left out. I had to make an entire second trip just to pick it up. When I brought this to the staff's attention, their only response was to indifferently acknowledge that I had to come back. Disappointing customer service for such a large order.

I ordered 2 lattes and I literally just got milk. I just want to know why I got milk? Just straight up milk? I also ordered a glazed donut and I didn’t get that either. Where was the espresso in the latte???????????? I’m SO CONFUSED???!!!!!!!!! Also, how did they manage to make the same mistake TWICE??????? How did they fail to realize that they didn’t add espresso in a LATTE????? If I wanted milk I wouldn’t have ordered MILK FROM DUNKIN. WHAT??????????????? I’m BEYOND ASTONISHED. I’m so confused.
