Oo How the standards of this business has fallen. The limited times that I have spoken to the waitress she was wonderful. But that is the limit of what this experience was. Waitress tended to me only three times. I ordered the t-bone steak with asparagus. The meal arrived to me in a lake of oil, butter, and salt and pepper. The whole meal tasted all the same flavor. I see why this placed closed their doors back in the DFW area where im from.

We hadn't been to Longhorn since we moved to Louisiana 5 years ago and decided to try this one while I was working out of town. Service was quite slow. They were slow seating is even though we were the only ones waiting. It took forever for a waiter to come. And we were only told they didn't have bread AFTER ordering. This is something they should be telling people before seating them! Throughout the whole time we were barely looked after. I WALKES OUT! Single diner at 5 pm on a Friday. After ordering I got my salad family quickly but sat for 10 min without utensils before I asked a different server for them. I waited another 15 min after the salad to get my bread. I had ordered my steak med-rare and it came out after 40 min well done. I asked a 3rd server if it looked med-rare; she said no and took it. The first server came by and apologized by saying that she had just gotten too busy. My second steak came out half the size of the first one.
