We've always loved this restaurant and have enjoyed it on various locations. Today, the sides and dessert were delicious, but we were very disappointed with the meat. My Brisket was tough and incredibly dry, as if it had been sitting out for ages. I'd ordered the moist portion, but it wasn't moist at all; it tasted almost like jerky. The server was very gracious and asked about the negative comments, but she offered to give us some juice for our meat. This experience was far better than I expected. This restaurant is a level 10 for so many reasons. The staff is very well trained to go above and beyond. The food is delicious, and the restaurant itself is historic. Our veterans & first responders don't get enough homage. This is where they can shine Whoever came up with this business model is a genius. I am sold.

The food was really good and affordable.You get a good portion, which I appreciate.I loved all the different sauces to choose from and how things were set up. It's very unique. The staff was kind, and the atmosphere pays so much respect to police, military, firefighters, and other first responders. It's such a wonderful restaurant with a story and a purpose. I will definitely be back!
