Food was hot and fresh, but was not ready when the app claimed. There was an additional 15 minute wait after the order was “ready”. I appreciate that the food was hot and fresh when it was finally ready, but a better communication on the order completion would be great. This won’t necessarily keep from returning, but it wouldn’t be a top of mind option for efficient, reliable service.

Either the manager/owner who gave permission for this should be embarrassed, or the workers who were on duty need a serious reprimand. Went at 9:25 and got in a line of 5 cars. A lady pulled up beside me and said not to waste my time, that the person supposedly taking orders was pretending not to hear anything for 5 minutes while she tried to talk to her. Sure enough, I go look in the window and the young black girl standing at the window is giggling into her phone while another kid did the floors. At least he was working I guess.
