Alexander Wilson★Went there on Thursday March 5th at approximately 6:00pm. Order our food. Receipt is stamped at 6:05. We got our food at 6:50pm. The burgers were dry and well over cooked. They were drenched in sauce to try and hide it. People inside were waiting for long periods, while drive through was a clear priority. Staff was nice, but I don't think I will be back.
kim Saner★Just now stopped at the restaurant, it's open. Got inside and waiting at the counter. Yelled for assistance, not one worker in there unless in a back room. There are kiosks here but when I eat out, I will not use a kiosk. I pay to eat when I go out so I actually want customer service or I walk out. You just lost my frequent business. Good luck to your business I used to love!!!
Bruce Kramer★Used to love getting A&W but after today don't think I'll be ordering from them for a long while again. All food was cold, burger bun stale, only got 5 onions rings that were burnt and a half a small box of clams.
James R★Hairiest food you will ever find. I have seen a hair or 2 in fast food before but this takes the cake. I found 2 inside and one setting on top.
