Horrible service. 25 minutes wait times in the drive thru. Cold food. Would have just went somewhere else but paid thru the app. Won't make that mistake again. Would be different had they been super busy but they weren't and when got to the window I've seen molasses move faster in winter than the employees were moving.

After going to the movies with my estranged husband, we placed a mobile order for his food and we drove to the restaurant to pick it up in the drive thru. After arriving, I ordered a Whopper Jr. for myself and I asked for it to be sent through the broiler twice before being dressed with ONLY cheese, mayonnaise, HEAVY onion, and pickle along with a 4 piece order of cheesy tots. What I received was a Whopper Jr. sent through the broiler twice dressed with EVERYTHING EXCEPT HEAVY onion (as shown in the photo). This is straight nasty. Not even melted bread was soggy and glad I opened it up to see where my sausage was because there was a couple hairs in the cheese!!!! I ordered there new sausage melt and this is what I got.... do better bk 🙄 waste of money and time to go to another place that is not this incompetent.
