We stopped by Phoenix Saloon in New Braunfels on a Saturday afternoon. The live musician was great, and we had a lot of fun dancing — definitely the highlight of our visit. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the vibe. The bartender came across as unfriendly and acted as though getting our drinks was an inconvenience, which put a bit of a damper on the experience. Overall, it’s a good place to grab a beer and enjoy live music in a nice atmosphere, but the service was mediocre and could be improved.

My review is on the chili. I had a wonderful bowl of chili and a salad for lunch. It was the best bowl of chili I've ever had. The meat was chunky and so tender. If y'all are craving a warm bowl of chili, run over here, you won't regret it!

Amazing bar = 10/10 service and staff are top tier super friendly and helpful 👌 Massive selection of drinks on tap and hand made, the chilli is next too perfect atm! Which is rare! Always good music playing and an amazing vibe if your in NB local or visiting its a must
