Laura G★★★We stopped by Phoenix Saloon in New Braunfels on a Saturday afternoon. The live musician was great, and we had a lot of fun dancing — definitely the highlight of our visit. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the vibe. The bartender came across as unfriendly and acted as though getting our drinks was an inconvenience, which put a bit of a damper on the experience. Overall, it’s a good place to grab a beer and enjoy live music in a nice atmosphere, but the service was mediocre and could be improved.
