This is the second time I come here and the workers have no idea what they’re doing. Last night I went through the drive through ordering one of the new lattes and the worker said she added caramel and chocolate and cold foam… (the drink has the caramel chocolate syrup not caramel and chocolate separate and no cold foam) she admitted to me she did not do her trainings that she never watches the videos. I didn’t even want my latte anymore but I paid $5 for it… and this is the second time a worker has told me they don’t know how to make a drink

Great Dunkin' location. The staff is very efficient at keeping the drive through flowing in the morning. It has been a while since I went here, but I went through the drive thru again this morning and just like last time; The drive thru moved along quickly and efficiently & as per the usual, I found the staff here to be friendly and cordial. It started when I pulled in the drive thru and one of the workers was outside and on break and was quick to give me a big, smiling hello. Employees were standing around chatting amongst themselves while I was standing waiting to order. Customer service sucks and my refresher was pure syrup. Never again will I visit this DD establishment. I only wish to put zero stars because this establishment do not deserve a star

Very rude staff. Barely acknowledged my existence through eye contact, and never even said a single word to me the whole time! No one approached me to take my order, despite calling out several times. Went to the Wendy’s next door where people were much more friendlier.
