This place is always a circus. Please find some decent employees. By far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I only go here because of the convenient location and I regret it every single time. Manager has a good heart but good hearts don't run a good business. And be prepared to wait for a long time!

Conveniently located for both the morning crowd of the nearby Shipyards, downtown Newport News City offices and courts and jail as well as the Federal Courthouse and numerous private offices and businesses. The donuts never disappoint and the new selection of sandwiches are just delicious. And the traditional Dunkin coffee can't be beat. Of course the newer coffee trends are all available as well. I had to have my morning fix while out of town. This location was the closest to me so I decided to stop in. I almost passed it as the location is a storefront and I was looking for a standalone. LoL! As I walked in, the common area was vibrant, spacious, and super clean. I got my usual coffee (XL Hot Original Blend, Cream, 3 pumps Butter Pecan, 2 pumps French Vanilla, 1 Splenda) and a Grilled Cheese add Bacon. Good Boston Cream doughnut as well as tasty coffee. Brother had a strawberry glazed doughnut with sprinkles. Nice stop for eats near the bus terminal.
