The store closes at 10:30. Placed an order at 8:30 that contained drumsticks. The order I received didn’t even have the correct total number of pieces, but also no legs. Pulling back around I was informed they don’t have any legs and they weren’t going to drop any. We paid extra for legs. I was told they would have to call their GM to see if they could drop more legs. I have been on the outs of KFC for a long time but this will be the last time. Edit: they told me it would be 18 minutes on chicken. In that time 3 other cars parked with no food. It’s been 30 minutes since that 18 minute mark.

You be better going to Lexington to get your food. 75% of the time they dont have chicken made and it takes them over half an hour to make more. Ive had several instances where I have had to wait for at least 45 min. It is absolutely ridiculous. Worst kfc ive ever been to.

I am giving 3 stars for the simple fact that I placed an online order at around 7:45 pm while sitting at Brannon Crossings in Nicholasville , It should have been ready by the time I got the KFC my app said 5-15 minutes . By the time I get to KFC it's close to 8 pm I go through the drive-thru tell them my name , I get my drink the lady asked me to pull up and they would bring my order out . I waited a few minutes then had to move cause I was blocking the drive-thru so I waited for about 10 more minutes then proceed to go inside to use the bathroom told the employee that I was going to wait insi

Ordered a 3 piece tender meal. Fries and tenders were overdone and hard to eat. Tenders were also very tiny. Workers were very nice and service was quick. Wish the food matched the service
