This is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve been to in my entire life. I ordered a simple black iced coffee and showed up 10 minutes after the order was placed—yet it still wasn’t ready. It’s egregiously understaffed as well. I hope that this place can get themselves together.

quick stop here on my way back to nyc after a day in boston. i wanted to grab a donut because, after having one in delaware, it’s basically tradition now. it was served instantly and was okay, not the best donut i’ve had, but it was what i was expecting from dunkin’.

Nice spot inside the wilbur service area . This is the first service exit , coming thro I91 - to CT 15. this service exit has Mobil and few other shops including Dunkin. Slow service at Dunkin . Coffee was not that good . Hashbrowns and donuts were good. … Parking can get a little tight on weekends ! They have a convenient store too.

Creepy maintenance guy literally opened the door to the ladies room and stared into it, waiting for the women in there to leave. There were young ladies in there who deserve privacy in the restroom, including my daughter.
