I’m honestly flabbergasted. I go here every single morning and lately the coffee has consistently been lukewarm. Today I finally decided to say something and politely asked for a hotter cup, especially considering I’m paying $3.76 every day. Instead of addressing it, the owner immediately became dismissive and said they serve coffee every day and never get complaints. I explained that I am a regular and just because I haven’t complained before doesn’t mean there isn’t an issue—it just means I’ve been patient. I simply wanted a hot coffee, nothing unreasonable. Went through the drive through and got a Monkey Business with Protein milk (I'm lactose intolerant and it's lactose free.) and when I pull up to the window they forget my order and ask me again and I say again "Med monkey business with Protein milk" I ended up Drinking most of it and then having.... Issues..... Before checking the label and... Wouldn't ya know, not protein milk. I should have double checked I guess but I stated clearly, twice, Protein milk. And now the rest of my days gonna be spent feeling like crap. I mean it tasted really good and was made quick which is why it gets 2 stars
