Awful customer service lately. Went on a Monday night at 7pm, waited 15mins at drive thru and ended up canceling my order (small hot chocolate and 1 order of hash browns for my kid after a baseball game) and leaving. I was the only customer in the drive thru. Two girls working, no customers inside. Took them 5 mins to take my order and then ignored me at the pick up window for the next 10 mins. Luckily, there's another Dunkin nearby, this store isn't getting my business anymore.

they always know how to mess your drink up or something lol they have this thing with adding so much cream to your coffee that it will taste straight like cream, just not the flavor you wanted once in a while sure ill get a coffee thats what i wanted but most the time its just too much cream or something you could get the same thing at any other dunkin and it will taste exactly what i ordered and this one specifically just always knows how to mess up something😂 like please get new workers this is a most of the time occurrence with this dunkin i live closer to this one so its more convenient

Was just there. Maybe there was 1 person working, but waiting 10 min in drive thru, didn't move, 4 cars left, then I left without any service. Maybe the store very short staffed but definitely lost business just now for sure!!!

It's a chain coffee shop. The staff is always overworked but they try their best. Watch the app, it likes to make mistakes when you order. They are really nice about fixing things
