Every orders become a park in front order at this location. No idea why they started this but they are over using it.. ive tried ordering online, waiting until order time, ordering at the window with and without other customers. Always sent to the parking lot. Never end up getting sauces listed in online order and am not asked because they send away to the parking lot.

Wow I haven't been to a Jack in the box in an eternity, I must say, I was very impressed. Probably one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The fries were great, the drinks were fresh, a great staff. Thank you, Jack in the box. I'm going to be a returning customer from now on!

No one can convince me a screen for ordering food is better than a real person. Yesterday, we saw 2 women at different times come in and change clothes in the corner dinning area. One of the women went all the way down to her bra. There were children in there and the staff didn't say a word. One lady placed all her clothes on the counter, so staff should have known. I can say the employees were working hard-so thank you to them!

Don't bother ordering through the mobile app and pickup up inside because they will just ignore you. My food was ready and all they had to do was hand it over to me. But instead saw me, walked away. I told someone that I was here for a mobile order and still was not given my food until after 7 minutes. I got my order and my jibbi was not included in my order. So had to wait even more time to ask to get the item that was supposed to be in my order. It would have been awful to drive home and see that my order was not complete. Always open your mobile orders to verify.
