Deisy was a fantastic server to me when I came in. She was topping off my coffee whenever it was low and checked on me multiple times when I was eating my breakfast. She was very friendly and also was great at taking my custom order since I’m doing the carnivore diet. The food was great too. Served up hot and fresh. I’m definitely coming back. I hope Deisy is my server again. Come down and try dining here. I recommend it.

Love this place! My family and I have been coming to Norms for 40+ years! My husband and I came to this location and Marco, our server, was phenomenal! He was very kind, respectful, and polite. He was on time with all our needs and punctual. He was not overbearing but very attentive. The food was also great. If you come here ask for Marco!

Classic Diner Vibes with Friendly Service. I’ve been to several Norms locations, and this was my first time at this one. The restaurant itself feels a bit outdated, but it works with the old-school diner vibe they seem to be going for. Service was a bit slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. That said, the staff was extremely friendly, and it didn’t feel like the delay was due to them personally — just unclear what the holdup was. I tried the meatloaf for the first time.
