Stopped here around 2pm on Thursday and ordered a single famous star and a Dr Pepper. I asked to have mustard instead of mayo and ketchup. When I got the window the employee was nice and repeated my order back but said mustard instead of mayo. I corrected her and said I don’t want ketchup either. She responded with oh it doesn’t come with ketchup. I reluctantly said ok. When I got home (4.5 miles away) my food was cold, not lukewarm, cold. And my burger was drowning in ketchup! I ended up substituting my own hamburger buns I had and threw theirs away. I didn’t even finish the burger though cuz

Avoid this place at all costs! If you are looking for a good burger, do not go here. I ordered through the drive-thru and literally found a ROACH inside my burger. It is completely disgusting, unacceptable, and a major health hazard. To make matters worse, the lady working the drive-thru window was incredibly disrespectful. When I asked for ketchup with my order, she actually refused, slammed the window in my face, and dismissively said "have a good night" to cut me off. The complete lack of hygiene and basic customer service here is shocking. Zero stars for terrible sanitation and rude staff.

We had such a wonderful experience We ordered burritos and pup cup they young man wasn't sure what we wanted he said we can order a plain burger I said that was great however our boy lives pup cups. He says let me see what I can do, and comes back with a cup of whip cream for our boy. I want to say thank you so much you made the day for all of us thank you we will coming to this location more often.

Stopped at this Carl's Jr at around 8pm to pick up a couple burgers thru the drive thru. Ordered 2 famous star burger meals with fries and a coke and Sprite. Customer service was nice unfortunately once I got home and I only live a mile away. We had to heat up the Burgers and fries because they were pretty cold . What happened to making food fresh and hot ? You weren't that busy no one inside and 2 customers in the drive thru. That should have been a red flag .
