Everything in my order was fine BUT I received a diet Dr Pepper or something because I ordered a Dr Pepper and that’s not what I got, I also received it missing some soda and not getting a full cup like I expected. Just the fact that they saw it was full, closes it, and brought it out thinking it was fine was crazy to me because it’s whataburger, I’m disappointed cause I expected better.

wanted to give a huge shoutout to Andrew D. at Whataburger for the amazing service and fresh food! We ordered a Number 5 meal and a Number 4 meal with both fries made no salt, and everything came out hot, fresh, and made perfectly. The fries were incredibly fresh, and you could really tell care was put into the order. Andrew D. made the experience even better with excellent customer service and professionalism. It’s rare to get food this fresh and service this good at the same time — definitely appreciated and deserves recognition!

i came in after a long day of work hoping I could just receive my food and go home to rest. The manager working the floor named Julissa proceeded to give me a hard time. Firstly, she spoke to me in a very rude tone. Secondly, i had to go back TWICE because she handed me the wrong order. When i brought it to her attention she made a face and rolled her eyes. To top it off when she went to the back to grab my CORRECT order, I overheard her speaking very loud & unprofessional. As someone who once worked as a manager for restaraunts, this has to be addressed. I will definitely not be returning to
