Genuinely friendly customer service. Big portions, and the best chicken tenders from a fast food. Not to mention it was under twenty bucks for two kids meals, a burger and shake. Pretty descent considering everywhere else comparatively. Almost forgot to mention the well built play area that's becoming a rarity to find these days. Appreciate that they still have theirs open tbh.

Whoa, something has gotta give at this Pocatello store. The wait times are constantly horrible and even worse when you go inside the restaurant if your kids want to play. Carls JR is known for its sauce and flavor and our food is inconsistent at best. I’m not just talking about 1 visit but the last 5 times we’ve been there has been the exact same. Lacking sauce or way too much, cold hamburger patty and lopsided wrap. It’s also been really dirty lately. Dirty bathroom, dirty play area, dirty drink machines. I don’t normally provide reviews this strong but something has gotta give. Please clean

Tyler is the best!!!!! She is a shift lead she definitely needs to be up graded to main manager!! She knows how to be quick to deliver perfection and works with love and is very comforting! She also recommended we gargle with salt water for our sore throats she has such a huge heart and even though she is surrounded by a lot of stress she is managing it all so she definitely needs to be promoted quickly! Good fast food, but not that fast... or friendly. The burgers are good, at least by fast food standards. The charbroiled flavor carries through and they have creative options. I'm quite partial to the bacon guacamole burgers. However, the service at this location felt a little slow at 10 pm on a Wednesday; it seemed like there was one very tired person working to both assemble and charge orders. It also feels a little expensive when it's just about the price of a full blown restaurant meal.
