Its difficult to give fast food a 5 star rating because there is usually at least 1 or 2 flaws. That being said consistency is not a strong suit here when it comes to the tacos, the portion of meat or lettuce or sauce always seems different each time I visit. The fries arent the best but in the very negative opinion I have of McDonalds I will say they have the best fries. Now moving on, I love Jack in the Box burgers and shakes. Went through the drive through and made our order. Pulled up to the window to pay, there was nobody behind us or in line whatsoever, but the worker insisted we pull forward. I politely declined stating that there is nobody behind. They then proceeded to say, we will not get our food unless we pull up. I have had issues with that before where they just hand you your food and then when you check the food, there are multiple mistakes and you have to walk in to get the mistakes fixed. I usually do pull forward if there are cars behind me, but I thought it ridiculous to pull forward when there was

I live in idaho falls and no other jack.In the box is as good as this one!! Very friendly service.I always ask for extra butter on my sandwich and they always do it!! They also have the freshest fries every single time I get fresh fries. I go up to idaho falls and anywhere else, and they don't put butter on my sourdough, jack and the fry's suck. Whoever the manager is is really doing a good job!!! I come here every other week for work. And I always stop it and get my number one. Good job guys!!!!!!

Jack in the box is a pretty good fast food restaurant. Cuz let's be honest, a fast-food restaurant can so good... Pricing is out if this world just like everywhere these days. (Thank you Covid) I just never thought I'd see the day where 2 adults and a 10 year olds meals would cost dang near $40. Anyways. Milk shakes are fantastic. Fine is okay when your in a pinch
