Not a review on the restaurant, but the business itself. I worked food so I understand that when a fire goes off, that Ansul system kills your equipment, ao please don't fight me on that. However, the fact I cannot get a hold of a human being to talk to in customer support is beyond frustrating. I used the mobile app for coupons and easy pick up for my family. Why is it that I cannot talk to a person to get a refund? Every link or contact information I was sent rerouted me to a survey to fill out. No phone number, no email. And when I do finally find a phone number to call, its for shareholder

I recently moved from Orange County, where most Jack in the Box locations aren’t open 24/7. The food here has always been great, and the service is excellent. The wait time is usually short, so you can get your order quickly and be on your way. I also really appreciate the wide variety of food options available!

It's okay. Kind of disappointing. I ordered a jumbo Jack with cheese combo. They shrank the burger big time. It almost look like a slider. Fries are okay and a refillable coke. The location in Poway is good because they don't have locked up bathrooms and they do have condiments out. Unlike the ones in Escondido these Jack in the boxes up in Escondido lock up the bathroom and they don't have condiments or napkins. This one in Poway does have all the regular things. It's average. I guess I'd rate it as a C. $11 and change for a a combo. This was as of September 3rd.
