Normally I do not post bad reviews. However, Prattville Hardee's has really gone down hill on the quality of their food and friendly service. We used to eat here at least 2 to 3 times a week. Today's food was no exception. The biscuit and gravy had been sitting under the holding lamps. I asked for dark brown biscuits to hopefully get a hot one from the back. That was not the case and the cashier was not friendly and was hugging and scratching herself on the arms the whole time she was entering my order. The gravy was flour water with chunks. I just left this location after breakfast for me and my 3 children. We usually have a decent experience at this location and I never post reviews but I’ve almost never been so disappointed with my food than we were this morning. The 2 chicken biscuits we ordered were replaced with oold sausage biscuits instead. Then the egg on the sausage biscuits was just like a thin sheet of plastic that we had to peel off the egg. Never again..

Missing sides on both meals. The food was okay but the point of ordering a meal was to have hash browns. Not spend an up charge for a drink.

I arrived at 6:15 am to get breakfast to go. The two employees were carrying on a private conversation which they never stopped when I gave them my order. The order was immediately filled and put on the counter. I paid and left with my 2 sausage biscuits. When I got to my destination down the street and opened my breakfast I had two cold and hard sausage biscuits unfit to eat. I felt like they were left over from the day before.
