First, and foremost Jordan is AWESOME!!! . I will go back only in hopes Jordan is working. I noticed the cook said he was going to get his charger, but 10 min later I was getting into my truck only to hear some lady being super rude to Jordan, and noticed the only cook was still in his car!!!! The nice lady running the counter and drivethrough taking orders was amazing, cordial, listened, was engaging some of the best service I've had lately especially fast food. I'd put that Wendy's up there with chick-fil-a service, clean Wendy's too.

I placed an order on their app for pickup. It said to go pickup. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes behind three other cars before I parked and went inside. There were a bunch of other people at the counter. Behind the counter were five people all standing bunched up together not doing a thing. I asked if my food was ready because I ordered online. Nope. I stood there for another ten minutes and in that time they gave a guy a cup of chili but not his sandwich. A lady was standing there holding a bag with cold fries waiting on her sandwich. First: I'm not a person who is against big chain fast food restaurants. This was the worst food I've ever gotten. Hamburger bun soggy and squished. Veggies on the burger were soggy, limp and squished. All the fries were broken so they were less than 1.5 inches long. No taste to the meat in the burger. Fountain was that horrible diluted combination of all the syrups when they don't clean their machine. Service at the drive thru was great.
