I had an incredible dinner at Mosaic and can confidently say this place deserves all five stars. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We sat by the fireplace and it was warm, cozy with food and drinks served within reasonable time. The food is flavorful and bold. We tried a few items and are eager to try more. Great experience for our 1st visit. The staff was accommodating and our waitress, incredibly kind. As we left we were welcomed back by staff. Over all experience for a lunch date was perfect.

Went on a Friday night around 7:30. They weren't busy... at all. In fact, they switched waiters on us cause our original waiter was clocking out early. The food took a long time to come, especially since my wife's pizza sat under the heat lamp with us taking bets it was hers while they made my entree. The pizza was ok, Mod pizza is better lol.
