Logan McKee★They throw brand new cups in the garbage "per policy". Ordered breakfast, asked do I get my cup here or at the window? I was then given a cup. My food came with a cup sitting next to it. I said I already have a cup so the employee threw that cup in the garbage. I asked why and was told it was policy. How many times do you think that happens a day across every Panera?
